Hi
there are two methodes of temp.tx calibration:
1 - if u have MV sourse u have to get ambiante temp.MV & the
temp. you select and using themocouple vr. MV chart to get
the corresponding MV for these two temps.and for the same
thermocouple type
you have to subtracte the MV for ambiant from the MV for
your temp.
then yiu can inject this new MV to the input of the Tx
you have to get two tempretures for the calibration one for
ZERO &the second for span
you have to do the above prcedure for both points
2 - if you have temperature calibrator the you have to use
the same type of thermocouple immering it directly in the
calibrator and set the first point for Zero & set the second
point for span adjustment

IF U USE MV INJECTOR FOR THERMOCOUPLE CALIBRATION.........
FIRST U SHOULD MEASURE THE ROOM TEMPERATURE AND TO COMPUTE EQUELENT THERMOCOUPLE VOLTAGE.......V REF....
IF U R INJECTING 100 DEG EQULENT MV U SHOUD DEDECT V REF MV FROM THAT ACTUL MV...AND APPLY ADJUST 100.......
IF U R USING TEMPERATURE CALIBRATOR NO NEED THIS ONE ...U CAN APPLY DIRECT......BECAUSE IT GIVES THE COMBENSATED OUTPUT
