Giving to the point answer is correct but do remember that
this question actually give impression to visa officer that
you are really a serious student. So I suggest that you
atleast research on more than two universities by actually
visiting their websites...It will be great if you can apply
and have I-20s of more than one University based on your
preference.
Some time visa officer may ask you that how many
Universities did you apply so you should have more than one
I-20 and that improves your visa chances.
Always remember, prepare counter answers well before you appear.

hello everyone I have a question which is making me tense as I have visa interview in next 2 days.I am a current student from virginia international university with F-1 visa.Due to some reasons I am going to attend visa again before it got expired.Unfortunately I couldn't drop my documents because i have transferred my university.Now,as I have interview in 2 days I am worried about this question.I will be thankful if anyone could suggest any conveniencing aswers for this question. hello.. i went for the visa interview on 10th august 2009, and was rejected.as ma interview was very short and i was unable to know the reason.. i have applied for ms in elect engg in csula. i: good morning sir. VO: DID not replied and asked for passport and all. after having ma finger print he asked me which unv? i: CSU LA VO: how many unv have u applied for and name them? i: 2 sir, csula and Nyit vo: why nyit? ( being very loud) i: becox the course and curriculum are quite similar to ma objectives and i am interested in this research program they are offerring. vo: why nyit? ( being more louder) i: becoz i wnted to keep it as an option if in any case i was not admited in csula. vo: wat option? i am asking u why Nyit? i: becoz they are proving me a spz of microcomputers and digital systems. and also ma teachers and seniors reffered me this unv. vo: do u have ny relation in us? i: no blood relation but i do have some seniors there. vo: i am sorry cant grant u d visa. i am taking date after 15th august.is it possible people get visa's in 2nd attempt. where i lacked last time. and next time wat ll i possibly say dat y was i rejected last time. does ma first rejection ll affect ma 2nd interview. plz help me...

Three years back my friend's brother had attended visa interview. Eventhough his all documents were perfect than they wat to be, VO didnt gave visa to him. He told that VOs just reject visa to get more money for visa office as it costs more than 100$ each time to register for interview. Again he applied with the same documents but he got visa....is it true....they just reject visa for the purpose he told........pls give me a genuine answer.....
i have 3 yrs gap since i completed btech education and now iam applying for ms degree and achieved i20.if i show 3 yrs of fake work experience .will there be any problem ? i also want to know will there be any chance for asking bank statement of company to which i worked??
