Fist chk ATPC/MTPC mode both site.This case one site ATPC
and other site in it may be in MTPC chk the Tx power.both
are found ok need to be align.

there may be interference of another site.. by switching off one end we should get -99 at another end. if it is -80 or -70 like that means there is some interference... if it is -99 switch on this and switch off another end and check
