Hi, my file has been selected in 2008 quota. I've my file no. My consultant is not allowing me for stamping or interview till the market goes well in US. Hi Guys Situation :- I am working in a Company X , and applied for H1 from a different company Y , and good part is that i have got through the H1, means i got the H1 visa stamped and it is valid till 2011 , Now my company X wants me to apply for B1 , so will the new applied B1 will effect the H1 ? Will the US consulate cancel the H1 to give the B1 ? As i am planning to go to US @ the End of this year i can leave the current employer , who is asking me to apply for B1 , Please reply !!

Hi, I am Titus. I have completed my B.E course on 2005 and I was having arrears which I cleared 2011. But I started to work from 2005 on wards.Totally I have 6 years experiance in IT. Now I am working XXX(joined 2010 , after cleared arrears). My employer willing to sponsor H1B visa and they are ready to approve.
