Where we can use 3.5c cables instead of 4c cables.Why?..

Answer / william lobo

IT DEPENDS ON THE LOAD SITUATION AT THAT PARTICULAR PLACE. IN CASE THERE IS MOE THAN 50% MOTOR LOAD I.E. 3 PHASE LOADS ONLY AND LESS OF SINGLE PHASE LOADS; THEN IN THAT CASE WE COULD USE 3.5C CABLES. BUT WHERE THE AMOUNT OF SINGLE PHASE LOADS ARE MAXIMUM AS COMPARES TO 3 PHASE LOADS; THEN IN THOSE CASES IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO USE 4C CABLES.
