Actualy transformer transfer electric power, therefor its
rating is in KVA, and the power factor only due to load
whose rating in KW
So here losses in transformer either by core and copper does
not affect the power factor.

Core loss depends upon the voltage applied & ohmic losses depend upon the current flowing & none of these losses depend upon the power factor
actually it is a tricky question we can say that in Loaded transformer when power factor of load changes the current changes in transformer so will the ohmic (cu) loses and lly when current more lag the Voltage the magnetizing and demagnetizing of iron (cause of core lose) is always have effect on it more the current lag more late the flux will reach reach it maximum value in comparison with voltage
this Question require some cool thinking, all things are indirectly
for any other trciky answer just write tarun aggarwal ymca in google and get the ans :)

core losess are depend on lamination of the core, and
freqency
copper losess are depend on the current flow in the
core, and frequency does not depend on power factor
