I got f1 visa rejected in dec'10, at t5hat time i did not mentioned my immediate uncles's name in Ds160 form who lives in US and has a citizenship.Now i am applying 2nd time. Do i have to mention his name although in first interview i told visa officer i do not have immediate relative in US? Is this the reason of my rejection? I am confused!!! please answer!!!!

According to US what exactly a backlog mean ? when v repeat a subject twice is it considered as two backlog or as just taken as one backlog...??? and r backlogs taken with respective to subjects or additional certificates..???

Hi, There I am Khan i completed my bachelor degree from computer science Engineering Frm bundelkhand university jhansi UP . I got rejected 1st time i think i was not prepaid that time 2nd time again i appear and they just take my passport nothing apart frm that and they give me white slip ? I have my Visa Interview on June5th... My dad is retired... My I20 amount is $20,000 and I am showing the assets as $66000 and $30000 Land. Will that be enough as my dad is retired?? What should be my answer if the VO asks Ur dad is retired then what will be his source of income?
