Client Permissions => It s used to access, Edit, delete the
public folder Items.. Ex..Editor, reviewer, author

Administrative Permissions => Send as persmission, send on
behalf of permission..

Administartive permission are send on behalf and full permissions but the client permission is user related permission which is used to edit, modify, delete etc the PF contents.
