to calculate ratio 1:2:4
we consider 1 cu.m. ratio 1:2:4
total quantity=1+2+4=7
for cement=1*15.2/7=2.17cu.m.
for bag=2.17/0.35=6.20 bag
for sand=2.17*2=4.34cu.m.
for aggregate=2.17*4=8.68cu.m.

1st we add in 10 liter water and then aggregate and send is down so the mixture of water and cement we seprat and the aggregate separate by net from send
so all items are separate from mix concrete now you cheek quantity matched by 1:2:4
