In GC analysis due sample preparation error, if your sample
is open in air so your result may down from initial
analysis,another is during sample preparation if your
tablet crush in morning and you take weight in afternoon
may result is down, Preparation-1: during sample
preparation first you weight crushed tablent in head space
vial than add diluent after all weight(if Time gape between
wieght and adding diluent).
Preparion :-2 During sample preparation first you add
diluent and than add sample may you resule higher than
prepartion :-1

hii, i'm had a sample of 1L that gone through extraction & evaporation. i used 0.5ml of methanol for reconstitution before injecting the sample to HPLC. i made a calibration curve using a standard solution but now i'm confused about how to display the concentration i got from the sample. for ex. i got 0.2ug/ml how i'm gonna explane this is for the 1L ? please help .. i'll really appreciate it thanks
