nearest substation... if accidently after the permit
work,they charged the feeder without removing back feeding

There will be phase to phase short circuit fault & the
circuit breaker(VCB/OCB) installed will get tripped on both
sides supplies. This may result in heavy damage to contacts
points & breaker parts
