yes,opening stock appear in the Dr. side of trial balance
separately while closing stock already included in op.stock
and/or purchase in the Dr. side of trial balance.

No. Only the Opening Stock is shown in the Trial Balance &
Not the Closing Stock. Closing stock is taken in the Profit
& Loss A/c & Balance Sheet directly.
