time.Then which reasons can make such problem? can motor

no. this problem is not related to motor,it may be due to
pot get faulty (variable point).thats why it run only
constant speed.

Actually There May be two Reasons Behind the problem
1)The baring of the motor can't bare that much of Voltage
at certain long time.
2)Change in Voltage Can Burn the Winding.
