Type of footing depends upon the several factors like SBC, N
Value, Load from the super structure, seismic zone etc.
In case of Seismic, if there is solidification of the soil
and SBC is low then we have to go for the Pile Foundation,
otherwise and isolated or combined footing will be sufficient
