It is further added to my answer that if a fixed amount of
power is to be transmitted, higher the voltage, lower will
be the current

yaaa for a particular power to be transmitted then for increase in voltage we can see decrement in current....this priciple is gennerally used in tansmission lines....

The current increases in direct proportion to the increase
in voltage for a fixed value of resistance
