Balance Sheet is the statement of company's all assets and liabilities. Its a statement of financial position of the company. We shows all the liabilities on the left hand side and all the assets on the right hand side.One can know the financial position of any company by examining the balance sheet.

the assets &liabilities will be shown in "t"form assets
on right side liabilities on left side.

if company having a loss consecutive last more than 2 years, Depreciation on equipment should be appear in profit and loss a/c or pass the provision entry every unless company not recover profit. Please explain.

Entry for revenue item will be Expenses A/C Dr to Cash. But in the Profit and Loss account we will see the expenses with a pre fix of To Expenses Why?
