Hi My name is Karan, i have been to US on B1 visa and also
stayed there for 3 months, now all that my company is
decided to send me on L1 Visa, now i have a problem in my
education certificates, which i have lost in the transit
while shifting or relocating to different places/locations
and am not in the position to submit my certificate, even if
it is required and i have lost hope on getting my
certificates back, and tried all way to get it, now am
worried that and just wanna know with my work experience of
12 years, and i have all the supporting documents with
related to my work experience. i.e. Right from offer letter
to relieving letter and with these documents will i be
granted L1 Visa, and someone please let me know what are the
verification procedure done to issue an L1 visa, please give
me detail.

Hi, I do have around 5+ years of experience in IT and my educational qualification is B.Com and 2 years full time diploma in Software Technology. My company is going to process my visa in L blanket, but I believe my educational qualification will not help me to get L1-B, so what are the chance if I apply L1-A rather then L1-B. Please reply. I have a valid H4 visa which I got last month. But now, I have got an onsite oppurtunity in my current project and my company would initiate L1B individual VISA for me. Will my H4 visa affect my L1B??
My Company going to file L1-B next week.i completed my MCM FY in 2005 & due to health problem i was not able attend MCM final exam in 2006 hence i passed the MCM final in 2007 means i did 2 Year PG in 3 Year after that i have 3 year 6 month of IT experience.Do the 1 year passing diffrence in education can cause any issue in Visa. Hi,I am working in an MNC IT company as software developer.I have completed BSC(15 yrs education in science).I nthat company I have worked more than 3 yrs now.So total work experience is 3+.Now my company is planning to send me to US (Clent side) under L1B visa. Now my question is am I eligible.???

My Wife is working as Software engineer in one of the leading IT company , she already have approved L1 VISA , her company did not make use of it , we were trying to transfer her to USA directly through her company it does not seem to work , still not confirmed , now i am planning to bring my wife as depenedent(H4) to me , as i am in USA with H1 VISA , we have confusion , my wife not willing to resign until H4 is stamped , my doubt here is ,1. will a company allow to me apply for dependent VISA when she is working in a company ? 2. If they allow to process , if in case H4 is stamped ,she did not resign from job , if her company agrees to send her to USA using the same old company;s L1 , is it valid after getting H4 stamped ?
