Generally for Normal Phase HPLC,stationary phase is Polar. In place of polar if we take non-polar m..

Answer / santosh

In normal phase , stationary phase is polar while mobile
phase is non polar & separation is achieve by the polarity
of the compound. More polar compound eluted out last while
non polar compound eluted fast

Answer / umesh patel

in case of normal phase chromatograpy, as we are using
highly non polar sovent as mobile phase ,it will dissolve
the column bed of non polar SP

like dissolves like

Generally for Normal Phase HPLC,stationary phase is Polar. In place of polar if we take non-polar m..

Answer / nagaraj

in normal phase chromatography is used for seperation of
compounds which are having non polar segments .if we take
non polar asorption can acheived against separtion.because
it is seperation chromatogrphy.

Answer / ch s raju

in normal phase we are using non polar solvent as a mobile
phase and if we are using non-polar stationary phase it
dissolves in non-polar solvent column collapes
