The Voltage Unbalance in the 3 phases create a floating
voltage which reflects in the neutral.( Sometime it will be
equal to phase voltage itself). That is why neutral in the
secondary side of the transformer is always grounded and it
is not connected to the main earthing grid. By Making a
seperate earthing for neutral avoids the unnecessary earth
fault tripping in the circuit

If star connection than Neutral voltage is zero in normal
circuit. But if unbalance load than Neutral currant can not
be zero.
