Answer / priyank
practically,
speed is the phenomenon of measuring relative velocity to
static body while torqe is the one type of force by which
the body rotates i.e. torue produces only rotary movements
while speed can be of any rotary or other bodies.

torque is initiation of speed so torque is to overcome the
resistances(friction, rolling,air,gradiation,wind etc).it
results in acceleration of the vehicle(pickup)
and speed is the rate of distance covered by the vehicle.
on the other way out we have
torque= M*G*m(mass*gravity*meter)
= Nm(newton meter)
speed= distance(km)/time(hr)
so,
torque is time independent.

axis and torque is the energy applied on the shaft to
rotate.

torque is defined as angular
forceXdistance from center also
called anular momentum, but
speed is very different thing. It is
how much distane covered in unit
time (generally 1 hr)

torque is the load pulling capacity and speed is more
related to power of the engine
