if a judge is of high court then he can practise in another
high court(where he has not served)orsupreme court, however
a judge of supreme court is barred from practising in any
court in india, as regarding the judges of lower court they
are not debarred bu constitution to practise in any court

According to the constitution of pakistan and india A judge of high court can not practice in any high court or any other court lower than his jurisdiction only he can practice in SC while judge of SC can not practice in any Court or tribunal.

Hi, One of my friend was working in TCS. Now he is not working. But when he was in TCS, he has referred me. And he has uploaded my profile in TCS portal. He has given me one EPIR number also. Now TCS people are telling, I can't apply any jobs with that EPIR number. Last month I have attended interview in TCS with that EPIR number. Bank wrongly cleared cheque which comes in clearing after request for stop payment by the saving bank account holder. Account holder repay 3 lac out of 11 lac withing 15 months. Now bank file case in DRT by charging intrest 18% to file case with the DRT. My question is whether bank can file case with DRT under DEBT act? Can Saving account holder can file case against the bank in counsumer court since he is paying amount in installment to bank even he prior request to bank not to clear this cheque.
