when a part of primary winding of a transformer is short 
cktd the v1 reduced,so the v2 will  also be reduced by the 
same factor.this will be cleared by the relation-
            v1/v2=n1/n2
since n1 and n2 are remain same,v2 should be reduced 
inorder to maintain the ratio same.
