Two type of diameter we can do it. first inner second one 
is outer diameter. first we should measure inner dia D1 
then measure outer dia D2. D2(outer dia)-D1(inner dia)
=thicness pipe. Outer diameter is plate diameter

measure the outside of Pipe and multiply it by 3.14 n you
will get the plate i.e.developement length
