My husband and I have been married (court Marriage) for
almost 2 years, we were studying when we got married so
didn't have a grand wedding. After we completed our studies
we had a grand religious marriage. I applied for my husband
with my court marriage date not the religious marriage
date. My question is that during interview do I have to
mention that our religious marriage happened later (1yr
after court marriage). Will that create any problems?
I am on social security disability in the US. Will a K3 Visa be approved to bring
my wife to the US? My social security income is above the income requirements
for myself and my wife and I would not need the I-864.
My husband was denied K-3 visa to the USA when he went for
interview at Lagos, Nigeria. It was to be recommended for
revocation of his papers for suspicion of marriage for
immigration. I have not received any letters yet
concerning this. I have tried calling but canot get any
person on the line. What do we do now?

I see that you have been rejected earlier, do you know why?
