Hi.....I am going to attend the H1B visa interview.. I am a
software programmer working on asp.net.I would like to know
if the consulate people will ask some technical questions.
What all other things should i remember.And what type of
question ask in interview....
Please tell me any one, how can i appply for H1b visa to US.
I comleted B.Sc(Mscs) in 2006,i have been working for two
years as a test engnr in Best soft solutions.
I am not holding any US visa right now.I am applying for H1
B visa this year i e 2008.I am getting married in the month
of July.If My H1B visa does not get approve then will it
affect to get H4 visa later in the month of July?
During H1 B visa interview sometimes they ask for "project
description letter". I guess our boss should give this. But
my boss asked me to draft the letter myself and he would
sign it for me. Can anyone please tell me what needs to be
in there. I guess a lot of details regarding project, could
anyone tell me how long and what details need to be there.
My interview is on the 11th of april 2008. If any one could
provide a sample that would be really great. I would like
to have some template kind of thing.
I went for an interview in Mumbai Consulate. I got
everything from my client offer letter, Tax returns
client's offer letter etc. But still he refused and told
that he requires unemployment wage report from Petitioner.
Can anyone suggest that after i got the papers they will
reject me ?
I was working inthe US on OPT and came to India to have
my H1B stamped . I had been for my H1B visa interview
last week feb 4th and was asked the following question.
1. What is your latest degree?
2. How many employees are working in your company?
Me: around 30
3. Are all of them from India?
Me: most of them
she issued me 221(g) and asked me for the following
documents:
1. Petitioner's Federal income tax return past 3yrs
2. Petitioner's State unemployment wage reports for past 3
years
3.List of petitioner's employees at your job site
including names, titles , salaries and immigration status.
I was wondering what are they trying to determine by
determing how many employees are from India and are
there chances of refusal if they find out 10 out of 30
are on H1

I am from india i worked 2 years in hyderabad and now iam
in saudi arabia iam working as a network admin i came her
before 4 months now i want to apply H1b from here can any

I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past
3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I
didnt went in that way,since i was not into
programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP
recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a
process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies
in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than
1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected
to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get
stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to
get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them %
monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you
think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can
go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs.

Interview question with US Consulate in Chennai.
Next week I have appointment and my family is not going
along as I didn't apply for passport till now for wife and
child. Can someone help me how to deal with scenario as it

I was attened for H1b in chennai embassy,on nov14th 2005,
but its in Admin Query, after few months exactly 364 days i
got a personnel interview, in that they said we r sending ur
file to INS because u dont have background computers, but in
MBA i have computers subject i said, and i too worked in
Canada for 1.5 years. Till Now i did't get the status, no
response what to do....

for B1 and got blue paper it means the didt issues visa
since lack of support documents.My doubt is is this impact

Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009
and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of
employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those
papers and went again, the officer asked to get
unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me
the report, could you please tell me if there is an
alternate doc to it? I really need helpIs there any other
