I had my H1-B visa interview today (29th October 2009), my
interview went well however i was sent back with my
passport and 221g form saying my title did not show up in
their system and as soon as it does i have to submit my
passport to get my visa stamped. Has anyone come a/c with
this kind of issue??
I am a Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years experience. I
am divorced. My eldest Brother and elder Sister are settled
in US. I want to aspire for H1b visa. Does this affect my
getting the visa

US. I want to go for H1b visa. If the Imigration officer
poses me a question as "If any of my family memebers are
there is US". Is it a hindrance for me to get the visa
because of settlement of my Sister and Brother in US.
I selected in H1B going 4 stamping in nov 2009, I have one
question I'm maried in 2006 and we seperated in 2009 i dont
have mariage certificate. it it mandatiory while going to
stamping
I went for an interview for H-1b visa stamping the visa
officer was not satisfied with the doc and asked me to get
list of employees, their sal, position and income tax
papers. After a week I went back with all those doc, agin
she has asked me to get unemploymentwagereport.My company is
not ready to give to the report? Is there any other way to
get visa stamping done... as I might loose my job .....Is
there any other alternate paper that could help me with
that....????Plzzzz help me if anyone knows abt it.
I have applied for H1B visa along with my family, We have
attended H1 visa interview on 29-Sep-09. My Wife and Son
has received passport along with H4 visa stamped. Yet I
have not received my passport. I have checked passport
status at www.vfs-usa.co.in site, still it showing “Your
passport has not been handed over to VFS. Kindly contact
our regional call centres for further queries”.

Hi I am Ganapathy, My H1B got approved through my company.
I am also planning to apply H4 for my wife & my kids. My
problem is that i do not have the marriage certificate,
but I got an affidavit done with notary on my marriage. My
wife passport also carries my name

client's offer letter etc. But still he refused and told
that he requires unemployment wage report from Petitioner.

start date of 1 oct 2008. I returned to india within my 60
days F1 grace period in sep 08. In DS156 form should i

consultant, who has promised me a Contractor job if I get
selected. However I do not wish to work with this group,I
want to look for a job on the basis of H1B in hand and
later transfer the visa to new employer, Is this possible?

for B1 and got blue paper it means the didt issues visa

HELLO!!Can anybody suggest me ,is this the rite time to go
