why PH scale range is 14? why it is not less or not greater
than 14? solution of HCl or hydrogen containing liquid has
a PH. but if the solution is KMnO4 here not hydrogen power
does it PH? explain plz....

I am a Diploma Chemical Engineer by Nirma Uni; and BEng
(Hons) Energy & Environmental Engineer by Napier Uni;
Edinburg, UK. HPCL chemical engineering test will held on
14th July,09. So, Please send me some previous chemical
engineering papers Objective types Or material to give the
test.
I will complete chemical engg next yr from a deemed
university. Earlier I dropped 2 yrs after std 12th. Then I
got 2 yr back while completing engg, due to reasons beyond
my control.
Will I face any problem while applying for job. More so not
many core companies come to our collg for placement. So i
want to know which all companies can I apply to get a job?
